One reference face → three campaigns

One face, three campaigns

The hardest part of AI campaign work isn't making one good frame. It's making the same person appear in the next one. I built a campaign character, locked her identity, and ran her across three unrelated products.

Build the character first

Front, three-quarter, side, back. Scale sheet, head detail, colour palette, wardrobe, props, behaviour notes. Before a single campaign frame exists, the model does - as a spec, not a lucky generation. Every frame in this campaign references her.

Dress

Same face, different job

A terrace above the sea, a lemon tree, wind in the dress. Different product, different world, same woman. Lock the face once and it works for any brand.

Bag

The product picks the world

You could shoot this bag in a studio. It would look like a product. On Roman cobblestones at sunset, it looks like something you brought back from a trip.
